Molly Mantei is a technical writer with the Jack Henry and Associates' Enterprise Content Services department, which provides software documentation and other content for JHA product teams. After graduating from Missouri State University with a degree in professional writing, she interned with JHA and then spent two years as an Applications Trainer with the Internet Solutions team. She now writes and maintains documentation for the Internet Solutions team’s NetTeller product and complimentary online banking products. When she isn't writing documentation, she enjoys practicing yoga, reading contemporary books, and spending time with her husband.
