Tiffany Haynes has been with Jack Henry since 2002. Her 20+ years’ of experience spans program management, people operations, and leading B2C experiences for 125+ banks and credit unions (totaling $425B in assets), including fraud and bill pay consumer experience centers. As former Chief People Officer and current Vice President of Consolidated Contact Centers, her passion is putting people first. Tiffany does this by helping financial institutions scale personal trust within the digital context. She loves running a full-scale business, sharing inspiring knowledge, and aligning and executing strategies across the organization and her 700+ person multi-functional team.
Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Master of Business Administration from Missouri State University, is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Certified ScrumMaster.
If she could be anywhere other than here, right this minute, she would be in the mountains – any mountains! When she’s not working, Tiffany enjoys living life with her husband and four young boys.
