Connie Hancock is a Technical Product Manager covering JHA’s Branch Anywhere and Call Center solutions. She has been with JHA since 2017 and brings over 20 years of experience in operations and technology within the financial services industry. Connie began her financial services career performing various branch roles within small community banks. Prior to joining JHA, she spent the majority of her career working for two multi-billion dollar financial institutions (Regions and BBVA Compass), overseeing the quality assurance and application development for more than 2,000 branch locations, and call center applications for over 700 agents. Connie has a passion for this industry and a wealth of knowledge and experience to share.
